20. (1) The Board of Governors of the University shall consist of the following members, namely: - (i) the Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Board; (ii) the Vice-Chancellor; (iii) one Director of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; (iv) One Head Coach by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; (v) four persons to be nominated by the State Government. (2) The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Board.
