Appointment of registrar, election officer, competent canal officer and appellate officer

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(1) The State Government may by notification in the gazette appoint such officers of the State Government as the Registrar, Election Officer, competent canal officer and appellate officer.<br> (2) The powers and functions of officers appointed under sub- section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.<br>
