Any employer, on being satisfied that the provision of shelter, food canteen facility, rest room, night creche, ladies' toilets, adequate protection of their safety, and their transportation from the shop or commercial establishment to their respective residences exists in his shop or commercial establishment, may, after obtaining the consent of the women working in such shop or commercial establishment, allow them to work between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. ]
