The certificate of registration under this Act shall not confer upon any person any right or title to be registered under the United Provinces Medical Act, 1917 or to assume any title and name or designation implying that such person is by law recognized as a registered medical practitioner, or that he or she is entitled to grant, any medical certificate or any certificate of death or still birth, or to undertake the charge of cases of abnormality or of diseases in connexion with parturition.
