(1) On the date the first Board is constituted under the provisions of this Act, the existing Board of Indian Medicine shall cease to exist and all its assets and liabilities shall devolve upon the Board so constituted. (2) All acts begun or completed by the Board of Indian medicine in existence on the date of constitution of the first Board shall, in so far as they relate to the functions allotted to the Board constituted under this Act, be deemed to have been begun or performed by the Board constituted under this Act, and such acts may be carried on and completed by or under the authority of the Board so constituted
