. (1) Every Registrar of deaths who receives notice of death of person whose name he knows to be entered in the register of Vaidyas and Hakims, shall forthwith transmit by post or otherwise, to the Registrar of the Board, a certificate of such death, signed by him and stating particulars of the time and place of death. (2) On receipt of such certificate, or other reliable information regarding such death, the Registrar shall remove the name of the deceased person from the register.
