1[53A. Certain licensees required to keep measures, etc.- Every person who manufactures or sells any intoxicant or hemp under a licence granted under this Act, shall be bound- (a) to equip himself with and keep such measures and weights and such instruments for testing the strength or quality of the intoxicant or hemp as the Collector may prescribe, and to keep the same in good condition, and (b) on a requisition of any Prohibition Officer, duly empowered in this behalf, at any time to measure, weight or test any intoxicant or hemp in his possession or to have it measured, weighed or tested in such manner as the Prohibition Officer may require.]
