1[46A. 2[Tourist's permit.].-(1) The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant 4[a tourists permit] to consume, to use and buy foreign liquor to a person who is a tourist. (2) A tourists permit may be granted for the period of the tourists intended stay in the 3[State], but shall in no case be granted for a period exceeding one month. (3) Such permits shall be available at such places as may be 4[fixed] by the 5[Commissioner] in this behalf.]
