§39

Summary

39. Permission to use or consume foreign liquor on 1* * warships, troopships and in 2[messes and canteens of armed forces.].-The 3[State] Government may, on such conditions as may be specified 4[by a general or special order permit- (i) the sale of foreign liquor to, (ii) the purchase, use or consumption of such liquor by,- (a) the members of the armed forces in messes and canteens 5[of the armed forces], and (b) the crew of warships or troopships and the members of the armed forces thereon.]

39.
