1[ 2[Permits] for consumption or use of intoxicating drugs 3[or opium]].- (1) The 4[State] Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorise an officer to grant 5[permits] for the 6[consumption or use] of 7[intoxicating drugs] 8[or opium] in such quantities as may be prescribed. (2) Such 9[permits] shall be granted on the certificate of the Medical Board.
