The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely:- (a) the Governing Body; (b) the Board of Management; (c) the Academic Council; (d) the Board of Examinations; and (e) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely:-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the Governing Body; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> the Board of Management; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) the Academic Council; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) the Board of Examinations; and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university. <br>
