The following shall be the officers of the university, namely:- (a) the President, who shall also be the Chancellor; (b) the Vice-Chancellor; (c) Deans of Faculties; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; (f) the Controller of Examinations; and (g) such other persons in the service of the university as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the officers of the university.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The following shall be the officers of the university, namely:-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the President, who shall also be the Chancellor; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> the Vice-Chancellor; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) Deans of Faculties; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) the Registrar; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>f</i>) the Controller of Examinations; and <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>g</i>) such other persons in the service of the university as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the officers of the university. <br>
