93. 1[Chief Engineer, Local Self-Government Engineering Department], 2[the Director of Medical and Health Services or the Assistant Director of Medical and Health Services] the Civil Surgeon of the district, the Executive Engineer, the Inspector of Schools and any other officer specially authorized by the 3[State Government] in this behalf shall be entitled to attend a meeting of the Municipality and address the Municipality on any matter affecting their respective departments.
