109. (1) The Municipality may at any time call for any extract from any proceedings of any committee and for any return, statement, account or report concerning or connected with any mater with which the committee has been authorized, or directed to deal. (2) Every committee shall, with all convenient speed, comply with any requisition of the board made under sub-section (1). 1[(3) The Municipality may, for reasons to be recorded, vary or override any decision of the committee. ]
