Penalty for acts done by persons suffering from certain disorders

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><b>281.</b> Whoever, while suffering from an infectious, contagious or loathsome disorder -<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(a) makes or offers for sale an article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine or drug, or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(b) willfully touches any such article of food or drink for human consumption or a medicine for sale by others, or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(c) takes any part in the business of washing or carrying soiled clothes, shall be liable upon conviction to a fine which may extend to Fifty rupees.<br>
