Whoever discharges firearms or lets off fireworks or firebaloons, or engages in a game, in such a manner as to cause, or to be likely to cause, danger to person passing by or dwelling or working in the neighborhood, or risk of injury to property shall be liable on conviction to a fine which may extend to twenty rupees.
