Whoever in the rural area feeds, or allows to be fed an animal which is kept for dairy purposes, or may be used for feed, on fifty or deleterious substances shall be liable on conviction to a fine which may extend to fifty rupees. Explanation - Filthy or deleterious food shall mean such food as has been specified by an authority and in the manner prescribed by rules to be filthy or deleterious food.
