200. The Adhyaksha, the Mukhya Adhikari, the Swasthya Adhikari, and, if authorized in this behalf by resolution, any other members, officer or servant of the 1[Zila Panchayat] and similarly the Pramukh, the Khand Vikas Adhikari or any other officer of the 1[Kshettra Panchayat] authorized in this behalf by the Khand Vikas Adhikari may, without notice, at any period of the day or night enter into and inspect a market, shop, stall or place used for the sale of food or drink for man, or as a slaughter house, or for the sale of drugs, and inspect and examine an article of food or drink or any animal or drug which may be therein.
