(1) All recognized teaching in connection with the degrees, diplomas and certificates of the [University]1 shall be conducted under the control of the General Council by the teachers of the [University]1 in accordance with such syllabus as may be prescribed. (2) The courses and curricula and the authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed.
