Whenever the 1[University] receives funds from any Government, the University Grants Commission or other agencies sponsoring a scheme to be executed by the 1[University], notwithstanding anything in this Act and regulations, — (a) the amount so received shall be kept by the 1[University] separately from the Fund of the 1[University] and utilized only for the purposes of the scheme ; and (b) the staff required to execute the scheme shall be recruited in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the sponsoring organization.
