(1) The Executive Council shall meet atleast once in three months and not less than 1[ten days notice] shall be given for such meeting. (2) The 2[Chairperson] of the Executive Council shall preside over a meeting of the Executive Council, and in his absence the members’ presents shall elect a person from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting. (3) One-third of the total members of the Executive Council, shall form the quorum at any meeting thereof. (4) Each member of the Executive Council shall have one vote and if there shall be equality of votes on any question to be determined by the Executive Council, the 2[Chairperson] of the Executive Council, or as the case may be, the member presiding over that meeting shall, in addition, have a casting vote.
