(1) The Development Commissioner shall supervise, oversee and coordinate the activities of agencies engaged in the development of the zone and may, in addition to his powers under Central SEZ Act, exercise such other powers and functions as may from time to time be vested in him by the State Government under this Act or any other law for the time being in force. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in any Rajasthan Law, the master plan of the Special Economic Zone and maps of any buildings or erections in the Special Economic Zone or any modifications and alterations in such maps shall be approved and sanctioned by the Development Commissioner.
