No suit or legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairperson or other members of the State Approval Committee or SEZ Development Committee or any employee of the Government or Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Limited acting under the direction of such committee in respect of anything which, in good faith, is done or intended to be done under this Act or any rules made thereunder.
