(1) The State Government shall, as soon as may be, constitute a Special Economic Zone Development Committee for planned development, implementation and operation of SEZs in the State. (2) The composition of the SEZ Development Committee and the procedure to be followed by the SEZ Development Committee while transacting its business shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The SEZ Development Committee shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as may be prescribed.
