Establishment and incorporation of Council. —The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Council to be known as the Rajasthan Nursing Council for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and such council shall be a body corporate, shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may by the said name sue and be sued
