The owner of the developed non-agricultural plot or land shall be responsible for the following, namely:- (a) for all the required infrastructure within the developed non-agricultural plot or land and for obtaining development permissions as per the law applicable; (b) to obtain all other permissions and requisite ‘No Objection Certificates’ required for the development of the allotted plot or land; and (c) to pay necessary fees and charges as per the applicable law and rules for the sanction of development permission before commencing any construction activity on the developed non-agricultural plot or land.
