(1) The Competent Authority shall, verify the title of the land and extent of consent as provided in sub-section (2) of section 19G, covered under the Scheme, with reference to revenue records, registered documents other relevant records of ownership of land in the prescribed manner within prescribed period. (2) The Competent Authority shall pass the appropriate order under his seal and signature, confirming the acceptance or otherwise of the land for the Scheme.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Competent Authority shall, verify the title of the land and extent of consent as provided in sub-section (<i>2</i>) of section 19G, covered under the Scheme, with reference to revenue records, registered documents other relevant records of ownership of land in the prescribed manner within prescribed period.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) The Competent Authority shall pass the appropriate order under his seal and signature, confirming the acceptance or otherwise of the land for the Scheme. <br>
