(1) No registration fee and stamp duty shall be charged from the Highway Authority for registration of the Certificate as provided in sub-section (3) of Section 19N. (2) No non-agricultural assessment shall, be levied on the allotted developed non-agricultural plot or land under sub-section (1) of section 19M by the Highway Authority from the first allottee.
