1[ With effect from July 11, 1995 any reference to the Kashi Vidyapith in this Act or any rules, statutes, ordinances statutory instruments, or any other Law for the time being in force or in any documents or proceedings shall be construed as a reference to the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi.]
