1[ With effect from January 17, 1994 any reference to the University of Meerut in this Act, or any rules, statutes, ordinances statutory instruments, or any other law for the time being in force or in any documents or proceedings shall be construed as a reference to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.]
