52. (1) It shall be the duty of the University or any authority or officer of the University to furnish such information or records relating to the administration or finances and other affairs or activities etc. of the University as the State Government may call for. (2) The State Government, if it is of the view that there is a violation of the Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances or the Regulations made thereunder may issue such directions to the University under this Act as it may deem necessary, and the university shall comply with such directions within the stipulated time.
