38. (1) Every employee of the University shall be appointed/engaged as per the provisions of this Act and Statutes made thereunder. (2) Any dispute arising between the University and any of the regular employees, shall be referred to the Vice-Chancellor who shall decide the dispute after affording an opportunity to the employee within three months from the date of receipt of its reference. (3) Any dispute in respect of any employee engaged temporarily or on ad-hoc or part time or casual basis shall be heard and decided by the Vice-Chancellor.
