30. A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities or bodies of the University, if he/she : (1) is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (2) is an undischarged insolvent; (3) has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (4) has been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct of any examination, in any form, anywhere. (5) has any profit motive from University except salary or any other authorised emoluments (6) applies University fund for his personal use
30.
