If any dispute arises by reason of the transfer of the property pertaining to the department of Veterinary and Animal Sciences including Uttar Pradesh College of Veterinary Science, Mathura from Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Kanpur to the University, such dispute shall be resolved in the first instance by the Vice-Chancellor of the said two Universities and in the event of the failure of such Vice-Chancellors to arrive at an agreement with regard to any such dispute, the matter shall be referred to the State Government whose decision thereon shall be final.
