Any reference to the Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Kanpur in any other law for the time being in force or in any contract or other instrument shall be construed,- (a) If such reference relates to any asset or property of the Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Kanpur pertaining to the department of Veterinary and animal science including Uttar Pradesh College of Veterinary Science, Mathura as a reference to the University, and (b) In any other case, as a reference to the Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya Kanpur.
