Any obligation incurred, before the commencement of this Adhiniyam, by the erstwhile University to confer any degree or other academic distinctions on, or to issue any diploma or other certificate, to any person or to grant any copy of any degree, diploma, certificate, marks-sheets or other documents to any person shall, after such commencement, be the obligation of the Chandra Shekhar Azad Krishi Evam Prodyogik Vishwavidyalaya, Kanpur.
