(1) The terms and conditions of service of the 1[ officers and employees of the Board appointed under 1[ sub-section] (3) of 2[ section ] 10 shall be such as may be provided by regulations made in this behalf. 3[ (2) The Vice-Chairman shall be paid remuneration, and other non-official members shall be entitled to travelling and daily allowance from the Board in accordance with such general or special orders as the State Government may, from time to time, issue in that behalf. ]
