(1) Nothing in this Act shall apply or be deemed to apply to any industry, the control of which by the Union is declared by Parliament by law to be expedient in the public interest. br (2) The provision of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, the provisions of any other law for the time being in force relating to Khadi and Village Industries.
