(1) The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations consistent with this Act, and the rules made thereunder and notify them in the official Gazette. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the Board may make regulations providing for (a) the procedure in regard to the transaction of business of the Board or of its Committees ; 1[ (b) the appointment and conditions of service of the persons referred to in sub-section (3) of section 10. ] (d) [ * * * ]2 (e) [ * * * ]2 (f) any other matter which has to be or may be provided for by regulations.
