1[(1) The State Government shall, on such terms and conditions as it may by general or special order specify in this behalf, appoint such person, including a Government servant, as it deems fit, as (a) Chief Executive Officer, 2[(aa) Additional Chief Executive Officer.]br (b) a Financial Advisor, and (c) an Accounts Officer. (2) The Accounts Officer shall be appointed in consultation with the Board. (3) The Board may, in accordance with the regulations made in this behalf, appoint such other officers and employees as it thinks fit.]
