Powers of officer to enter upon land for purpose of survey and demarcation. - The officer mentioned in this Act or any person acting under the orders of any one of them may, in the discharge of any duty under this Act, enter upon and survey land and erect survey marks thereon and demarcate the boundaries thereof and do all other acts necessary for the proper performance of that duty.
