38. No suit prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the [Parishad]1 or [Samiti]1 or any member or any officer or any other employee of the [Parishad]1 including any other person authorized by the Parishad1 for exercise any power or to discharge any function under this Act, or for anything which is in good faith done or interned to be done under this Act.
