33. (1) The State Government may direct any of its Departments to provide, on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, such technical assistance to the Parishad as it may consider necessary. (2) With a view to enabling the Samiti to discharge its functions the Parishad shall, out of the technical assistance received by it under subsection (1) make available to the Samiti such technical assistance as the Samiti may require.
