If a person whose name is entered in the Register of Veterinary Practitioners obtains any title or qualifications other than the title or qualifications in respect of which he has been registered, he shall on payment of such fee as may be fixed in this behalf by regulation made under clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 35, be entitled to have an entry stating such other title or qualification made against his name in the register, either in the substitution for, or in addition to, any entry previously made.
