20. The Council shall have power to call on the governing body or authorities of a Veterinary College or School, included in or desirous of being included in the Schedule- (a) to furnish such reports, returns or other information as the Council may require to enable it to judge of the efficiency of the instruction given therein in Veterinary medicine and surgery; and (b) to provide facilities to enable a member of the Council deputed by the Council in this behalf to be present at the examination held by such college or school.
