2. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context,- (a) "Council" means the Veterinary Council established under section 3; (b) "Hospital" means institutions, where animals are treated by methods approved by the Council; (c) "Prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act; (d) "Registered Practitioner" means any person registered under the provisions of this Act.
