1[(1) The 2[Kuladhipati (Chancellor)], the 2[Kulpati] (Vice-Chancellor) and the Members of the Board and the Academic Council for the time being holding office as such in each University shall constitute a body corporate by the name of that University.]3 (2) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
