(1) The Sanjay Gandhi Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (Second) Ordinance, 1983 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the ordinance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if the provisions of this Act were in force at all materials times.
