1[(1) The procedure for communicating the decision to the applicant, regarding grant or refusal of the permission with reference to application made under section 3 shall be such as may be prescribed.] (2) On establishing a new school or up-gradation of a school from the academic year for which the permission is granted, the management shall inform the concerned District Education Officer about the same within one month from the commencement of the academic year.
