(1) The State Government may, from time to time, by notification in the Official Gazette, modify, add to or delete any entry, from any of the Schedule and may, for that purpose, suitably amend the Schedule, by the said notification, and thereupon the entry in the Schedule shall stand amended accordingly. (2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is issued, before each House of the State Legislature.
